1. Service. EASY PROMPT AI is an AI prompt-generation tool. The Free plan builds prompts using a 20-question interview; the Pro plan unlocks 30 questions, advanced prompt sections, live AI, cloud history and more.

2. Pro access & activation. Pro is unlocked by an activation code delivered immediately after successful payment (PayPal or USDT). A subscription code is valid for 3 months from first activation; a lifetime code does not expire.

3. Pricing & payment. The price is shown before you pay. Cryptocurrency (USDT) payments are final once confirmed on-chain. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under their terms.

4. Refund policy. Pro is a digital product that is delivered and activated instantly, so all sales are final and non-refundable once the activation code has been issued or used. If a technical problem prevents you from accessing what you paid for, contact us within 7 days at contact@easypromptai.net and we will fix it or, at our discretion, issue a refund.

5. Acceptable use. You are responsible for the prompts you create and how you use AI outputs. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.

6. No warranty. The service and AI outputs are provided “as is”, without warranty. AI outputs may be inaccurate — verify before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
